RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not offer refunds for apparel purchases. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Exchanges must be returned within 2 weeks of the original delivery date. All items applicable for exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. 

If you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us at support@eliesbows.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will arrange a fix to address the issue immediately

WASHING & CARE:

Great love & care goes into designing & pressing our apparel to ensure that they leave our shop in pristine condition.  To ensure long-lasting quality & appearance, we recommend you machine wash with cold water and like colours (no bleach). Air- Dry & do not put in dryer. Do not iron decoration.
