  • Do you make custom bows?

    1. Yes we do! Please send all your special requests to barbara@eliesbowtifulbows.com. Please include an example of what you are looking for and deadline of when you need it by.

     

  • When will my Bowbox start to ship out?

    1. Although you are charges on the 20th of the month, we START to ship out on the 28th of each month. It may take up to two weeks to fulfill depending on the number of orders & Bow boxes we have.
    2. If you added extra bows to your bow box, it will be shipped expedited & you will be able to track your shipment via our website. If you did not add any bows to your order, your bow box will be shipped by letterhead mail. We cannot track letterhead mail and it may take up to 4-6 weeks to recieve. Please keep in mind that we are absorbing all shippping costs for bow boxes & thank you in advance for your patience.

     

  • How can I use my reward points?

    1. Login to our website, and click REWARDS in our menu bar or alternatively you can also click on the purse icon located at the bottom left of the screen. Click on the purse icon and it will explain how to redeem your rewards.
    2. Please remember our website does not accept two coupon codes at the same time, therefore you cannot combine your Bow Boss discount with your rewards. You must choose one or the other.

     

  • What is a Bow Boss?

    1. We are proudly Canada's first subscription boxes for bows! We currently offer 3 handmade bows for 20$ a month or 200$ for a yearly subscription.
    2. As a Bow Box subscriber you have a ton of fun perks! - you will receive 15-20% off our entire website - free shipping off all of your orders (Shipped with your monthly Bow Box) - AND best of all. early access to all our bows... which means no more crying over sold out bows

     

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    1. Of course you can! To manage your subscription, click the profile icon on our website, and at the botom of the page (before you log in to your account), there is a link that will help you access your subscriptions.

     

  • Can I change/modify my subscription?

    1. Of course you can! To manage your subscription, click the profile icon on our website, and at the botom of the page (before you log in to your account), there is a link that will help you access your subscriptions.
    2. From here you can change your address, change your subscription hardware from clips to nylon and vice versa

     

  • Can I skip my subscription?

    1. We no longer offer the option of skipping months. If you wanted to skip a month, you would need to cancel your subscription entirely and then resucribe again for the following month.
    2. Please note that the deadline for making changes or cancelling is always the 20th of each month.
    3. Once you cancel your subscription your spot will be given to a new member and you no longer qualify for the perks. Meaning you will no longer have early access to our drops, free shipping & 15-20% off.

     

  • How can I purchase from the new collections (Bow drops)?

    1. Each month we release over 300 styles of bows & accessories on our website. Our accessories sell fairly quickly! Make sure that you (1) are subscribed to our newsletters, (2) you save the dates & (3) follow us on social media to see a preview of our collection before hand.
    2. As a perk of becoming a bow box subscriber, members have early access to our collection. They recieve the secret shopping link before it is released to the public. If you love our bows, and hate that some sell out too quickly, the best solution is to become a bow bsos and get early access.

     

  • I changed my address, what do I do now?

    1. If you are not a bow box member.. you can easily change your address by login in to your account on our website.
    2. If you ARE a bow box subscriber (yearly or monthly) you must either send an email to barbara@eliesbowtifulbows.com with your address change OR...
    3. To manage your subscription, click the profile icon on our website, and at the botom of the page (before you log in to your account), there is a link that will help you access your subscriptions.
    4. PLEASE NOTE: Changing your address in your account on our website WILL NOT change your address for your bow box, therefore please ensure to send an email with your modifications so we can do this step for you.
