If you see a bow you like, but you want it on a nylon or alligator clip and it is only available in the other option, you can always just leave a note in your order to switch it from clip to nylon. ALSO if it is available on clip and you need it on nylon headband, consider buying one of our grow with me headbands found HERE.
A Bow boss is what we call our monthly/yearly subscribers. We offer various subscription plans/products that can be seen on our website located right HERE
The orders for your bowbox go through on the 20th of each month and then we start to pack the orders for shipping. Usually the orders are shipped out on the 1st of every month depending what day that falls on (not if it is a Saturday or Sunday).
All Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time before the 20th of each month. Once the charge goes through, we will be unable to cancel the subscription because we will already be in the process of handmaking your products. The yearly subscriptions howevere, cannot be canceled. These are priced at a reduced price and calculated for supplies a year in advance, so there cannot be any credits applied or any refunds given. What can be done however is changing the subscription to someone else's name for the remainder of the subscription.
Login to our website, and on the left hand side of the screen you will see a purse icon. Click on the purse icon and it will explain how to redeem your reward points. Please remember, our website does not accept two coupon codes at the same time, therefore you cannot combine your bow boss discount with your rewards. You must choose one or the other.
